The location is excellent and offers open views and perfect lighting conditions. Terraced grass land is delineated by a quickset hedges, the slope descends through vineyards and orchards into the valley, where the fields produce excellent vegetables. A local road winds near the estate, and in the existent hamlet you can find all necessary public utilities.
View of the region
The new eco-homes neighbourhood lies in the lower Vipavska dolina (Vipava Valley) near the village of Vitovlje. The location is 5 km away from the highway, and within a radius of 35 km, you can find the closest city, Nova Gorica, the Adriatic Coast and the international airport of Ronchi dei Legionari. The distance to major cities is just over an hour`s drive: 95 km to Ljubljana, 55km to Trieste and 150 km to Venice.
